Remember to think of those in need and patiently wait for the coming of Our Savior Jesus Christ.

We are counting down until Friday.  We will not be having a story this week however we will be having spelling words.  There will be  no vocabulary words since we have no story.

WEDNESDAY, December 17th at 6:30 will be the Christmas program at St. Patrick's Church.  Our class is not part of the program however all are welcome to attend.

The end of the quarter will be on Friday, December 19th.  Your child may wear Free dress if they are not already.  This will be an early dismissal day and there will be no extended care.  Please make sure your child is picked up at 12:30.

English - Adverbs and Adjectives
Spelling and writing - Christmas story writing
Science - Animals
Religion - Advent

When we return from our break our class will be preparing for the All School mass on Friday, January 9th.  I will be asking some students to help with readings, carry gifts, or to be alter servers.  All the students will be involved in singing.

There is a great need for school supplies for all students.  If everyone could bring in new school supplies for themselves when we return it would be greatly appreciated.  Mostly pencils, erasers and crayons are needed. I asked the students to possibly write this on their Christmas wish list.  Thank you.

I WISH ALL OF YOU A VERY HAPPY AND SAFE MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

GOD BLESS

December 1-5

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation. We only have 3 weeks of December and we will be very busy finishing our work.

School Reminders:

Parish Mass at 7 am on December 14th

December 17th will be the Christmas Program at St. Patricks church at 6:30 pm. All are welcome to attend.

We are collecting for the Spirit of Christmas food drive.  3rd grade is responsible for bringing rice, cereal or dried beans.  You may also send in a toy that is wrapped.  Indicate whether it is for a boy or girl and the age.  We often forget those who are struggling.  This is the season of giving and the items will go to those who are in need.  Thank you
